1. Course Cancellation by Oracle Apps Guide
While we strive to conduct all our scheduled training, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability.
- Notification: In the event of a cancellation, we will notify all registered students at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Options: Registered students will be offered the choice of either a full refund of the course fee or enrollment in a future batch of the same course.
2. Cancellation by the Student & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund Eligibility: Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided to learning materials upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds once the payment is made and the enrollment is confirmed.
- No Refunds for Non-attendance: Failure to attend a live training session does not make you eligible for a refund. We provide recordings of live sessions for students who may miss a class.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and genuine cases of emergency, students can contact our support team at info@oracleappsguide.com. We may, at our sole discretion, offer to reschedule the enrollment to a future batch. This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Course Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials, including videos, documents, and support channels. This access is non-transferable.
