Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your OAG AI Consultant subscription at any time directly from your account settings or by emailing business@oracleappsguide.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your subscription tier until then.

No partial refunds or credits are issued for the remaining unused days of a billing period after cancellation.

Full refunds are available within 7 days of the initial payment for new subscribers, provided the Service has not been materially used (defined as fewer than 10 consulting workflows executed).

After 7 days, refunds are considered only in the rare event that the cloud services were continuously unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and you promptly reported the outage to support.

Enterprise and custom multi-seat contract refunds are governed strictly by the written terms of your separate Master Services Agreement.

Email business@oracleappsguide.com with your account email address, order or invoice number (format OAG-INV-...), and the reason for the refund request.

Include the date of payment and the subscription tier purchased.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are credited directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

If you have an issue with any invoice or charge, please contact our billing team first at business@oracleappsguide.com before initiating a dispute. We will work to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without prior written notice may result in immediate temporary suspension of workspace access pending resolution.

Custom enterprise agreements, design partner pilot programs, and specialized implementation support have dedicated contractual terms confirmed in writing prior to deployment.
